The hardware is comparable and most games are released on both platforms. How are the online services for playstation? I’ve heard that there is a premium service that you can sign up for that cost around , what does that include? What does the free basic service provide?

Also, can PS3 play video files from an external hard drive?

I’m not looking for the top of the line gaming Desktop, just something that can run games like Call of Duty or Counter Strike with no lag without having to change all the game settings. The most I would spend is ,500. Is that enough to get something respectable?

I Really want modern warfare 2 and im aussie but it is 4 here so i though i could go onto amazon but on there it is 18. Anyway what is the difference between the R rating there and Ma rating here? My dad says the blood isnt bad soo i am trying to confince him.

I’ve owned the Sims 3 game for some time, but I haven’t played much of it recently. I feel that if I could play without having to make sure the disc is in my laptop (MacBook Pro), I’d play more often. Is there way that I can do this? Even if it means finding a torrent?

BTW I agree with not downloading pirated copies of games, but I already own it and I just want to be able to play without having to use a disc.
