What is a good language for a Biochemist to learn?

Hello everyone.

I am a university student majoring in Biochemistry. However, I am currently debating what foreign language I should attempt to master – as in, what is most applicable to my career? I have a passion for German, but I heard that Japanese might be better. I am honestly uncertain of which country, aside from the United States, will be leading the biochemistry and related fields of science – so any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

What is the schedule for the day of an Actor on a movie set?

I have to write a "Daily Schedule" for my career in mind for english. My career is an Actress, but I have to write a daily schedule on what a person in this chosen profession would do. I need to include from the start of the day, to the end. Hour by Hour. Including activities and appointments, even commute time. Thanks(:
Like, as if if you were a lead role in a movie or something. That kind of actor.

How much does it matter in a relationship if one person knows their goals in life and the other doesn't?

I am dating a wonderful man for almost a year and everything is going well. He has admitted that he doesn’t know what he wants in life and doesn’t know what he wants to do in the future. We both have children from other relationships, both have solid jobs, etc. (I mention this because children and career are general life ambitions for people, in my perspective.) My question is, does him not knowing what his life purpose is, inhibit future plans together, as in marriage? And if it does, how serious of an issue is this?

Which will be better for my career in the long run, a Masters degree in Real Estate or an MAI designation?

In other words, which will help me earn more money throughout my career? The masters degree would be an MSRE, Masters of Science in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida, a one year program. The MAI would be through the Appraisal Institute a few years down the road and I should mention I will be graduating with a BSBA in Real Estate. Please only answer if you have sufficient knowledge in the Real Estate industry.
I guess I wasn’t very clear when I asked my question. There are two choices, Masters degree in Real Estate or MAI designation, I am not asking for an alternative route. If you are going to answer please have knowledge about Real Estate and the MAI, Thanks.

What are the job opportunities for a radiation therapist?

Several sites list the expected growth to be better than average, but I don’t want to finish school and realize there are no opportunities. There are limited options now when I search for current positions. I am also considering a career as a registered nurse where I know there would be no complications for seeking employment.
