….I just realized that I have no idea. What is it composed of?

I had minor surgery 3 days ago to repair a droopy eyelid and have been running a low grade temperature every afternoon and evening since. I wake up and its normal but by 12:00 it is back. It does respond a little bit to tylenol. I went to surgeon yesterday and he doesn’t think it is related to the surgery. I think it may be related. I think I have run small fevers in the past after other surgeries. Does anyone know if his is common?
