I have a 1973 240z and I was wondering when is the best time to be shifting on the car with putting the LEAST strain on the motor. I just want to be able to keep my car on the long run. I usually shift at 2000 rpm, but ive heard 3000 is the best, but I also feel 3000 is alittle bit too long for me… The engine has no significant modifications and compressions are great. Thanks for the info.

2000 Mitsubishi Montero Sport. The Starter just clicks when I turn the key and sometimes it cranks with no problem. I just replace the Battery today. The Alternator was replaced in the beginning of the year. I also don’t know what happens when the ignition switch is going bad.

Where i’m at it doesn’t snow much and I don’t think i would use it regardless for safety issues. What I want to know is if leaving my bike out in the cold for the long winter could cause it harm in any way and shorten it’s life. When parked at home the bike would be in a car port protecting it from snow and frozen rain. Thanks.

My only working lights are my highbeams. When I went to replace them, the only bulb I found was the highbeam. What do I need to do to get to the lowbeam or it is the same bulb, or is this a switch issue?
Thank you!

I have a 01 Eclipse GS and was wondering what the tire pressure should be. The previous owner took off the sticker in the door panel for some reason (I assume for a paint job) and the manual doesn’t say. I know it says it on the side of the tires, but some cars have different tire pressure compared to what it says on the tires.
Also, these are stock rims and tires (im pretty sure).

I want to change the engine airfilter, but the owner’s manual doesn’t have a clear breakdown of the area under the hood. Where is the engine airbox located exactly?
Thanks!
