I am trying to design a tattoo that encompasses my heritage. I am French, Scottish, Italian and Mexican. My design so far is an upside-down Fleur de Lys (france) with a crown of Laurels (italy) on top. I have some Ideas for Scotland, but none whatsoever for mexico. I want something that is obviously mexican but not flashy like an eagle or or just plain dumb like an aztec princess. Many thanks.

Are you supposed to get all-over high lights or get your hair dyed one solid color?

My stylist suggested high lights but I thought you were supposed to get a solid color done.

I am in Washington state – not sure if that makes a difference. I can find all kinds of beauty schools offering training for the removal of hair via waxing, however, I cannot find anything offering training for laser hair removal.
