How does one become a licensed laser hair removal specialist?

I am in Washington state – not sure if that makes a difference. I can find all kinds of beauty schools offering training for the removal of hair via waxing, however, I cannot find anything offering training for laser hair removal.
Go to the attached site. Some of the providers listed offer training schools. Just call the number, 888.517.4187, ask for Doug and ask him to get you a list of which providers offer certification.
