How can I repair the severe rust damage on my car doors?

It is mostly on the lower ends of the doors and too big to simply use chemicals and sealing putty. The car is quite old, so I don’t want to spend too much on the repair either.

No easy repair for severe rust. Could need a section, or even a new door skin.
